 Overview
During the development of several website of our clients, we sensed the needs of engines to manage and create contents. This leads us to the development of GHSN Layout and Content Management System.
The engine first was created to manage the content of .aspx pages. After refocus and redefine the engine, we were decided to include a mechanism to manage the insertion of user controls in run time. Currently, the engine would enable a site to have a method to control the content of pages and a way to insert user controls with optional parameters in different parts of a page.
Just like the diagram on the left shows, page(s) in the website can inherit a template. In this case, page 1, page 2 and page 3 inherit from Template 1. If you have User Control(s) or Content inside the template, all the pages that inherit from the template would have the User Control(s) or content.
Web Control Panel
Each template as shown on the right can be build by User Control(s) and Content(s). User Control(s) can be added via the web control panel. Content(s) can be added on the web interface using WYSIWYG rich editor server control.
The control provide you with a tightly customized rich-text content editor with bold, italic, bullets, tables, image insertion and uploading, color picker, hyperlinks and more.
Installation & Setup
GHSN Layout and Content Management can be integrated easily with Visual Studio.NET by importing its .NET native dll. The configuration settings is saved in web.config and the data is saved using xml.
After the installation is completed, web-based control panel will be available for use to manage the Content and Layout of the website.

IFGF GISI Austin is an international based church that has members ranging from students to families. The website was designed as the bridge to provide the latest information from the church to its members. Released in mid August 2003, i-sources.net is a portal for managing theme-based articles. The portal is very easy to setup and expandable to support thousands articles. The owner of the site can create categories and categorize articles underneath those.
The user of the site can easily navigate to find articles by selecting the tree-view categories list or by searching the article by its keyword.
The portal also supports rating system for each article and the abilities to publish ads from the sponsor. The looks and feels of the site can be easily changed with a little knowledge of HTML.

Released in June 2004, austin.iDine.info is the leading provider for restaurants locator and rating for the city of Austin Metropolitan in Texas. The portal was being developed in 8 hrs to add exciting graphics, restaurant review and map locator modules.
e-Categorized engine fits nicely to put restaurants in different categories and gives the user the ability to browse restaurants in Austin Metropolitan based on categories.

Using X-Copy deployment, any site can be installed on any machine that has .NET ready. After the installation, the ownner then can manage the portal by accessing its control panel via IE's web browser.

 Our STE (Stand Alone E-Commerce) engine interface's is fully customizable to provide the modern looks of your store. Organization Management Software (OMS) consits of two parts. The first part is a web-based organization and the second part is the ability to controlling the data using Windows Application.
Technologies
Using web services, we can bridge the communication layer between the web and the Windows Application. Both of the application accesses the same SqlServer that being secured and isolated in the intranet environment. .NET is being used as the framework to provide a better way of accessing and providing reliable data in real time.
 Web Part
The Web Part of OMS is fully expandable and customizable for the organization. It supports multi users personalized experiences for its member.
The member can easily update their personal info via web interface and the data is automatically being saved in the database using web-services.
The manager of the site can easily manage the user as well as add some more functionality that uses the software framework. The database can be pulled out from the isolated server and the added enhancement can be plugged it seamlessly to the software.
The Web Part is written in .NET to ensure you to have a performance and security driven scalable site.
 Windows Part
The Windows Part of OMS is an extension for the manager/admin of the site. Although web-based management is powerful yet scalable, the Windows Part provides the admin with much greater user interface and experience.
With the same web service, the Windows Part is accessing the database that resides in the isolated and secure environment intranet.
Report can be easily generated by the manager or the admin of the site with Excel 2003 or Word 2003 format.
Setup and Installation
XCopy Deployment and Windows Setup are used to install the application. IIS 5.0 or greater with SQL Server is needed to setup the Web Part and .NET Framework is needed to install the Windows Part on the client machine.
